Package Your Hat
Place the hat in its original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to prevent any crushing or structural damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
